No, GST is FWD Turbo. GSX is AWD.
yes, there were 4 models of the eclipse, 2 of them were turbo. the gsx was the only AWD eclipse made that year
With an OBD2 scanner.
For 1998 V70XC, AWD, my fuel filter is behind rear axle on right/passenger side. Co-located with the roll over valve.
Fuel filter location is on the inside of the drivers frame rail just in front of the fuel tank.
no such thing as 740 awd. awd did not come on until s70 series which was late 1990's or 2000 Volvo did produce some AWD vehicles, which were mainly sold in Europe. Very few examples made it to North America. Like other 740s, the main fuel filter is located on a service panel underneath the vehicle, on the left side, under the drivers seat. A smaller filter and particulate screen are located in the fuel tank. The in-tank filter is part of the pre-pump assembly and should only be replaced when that pump is serviced. It is only recommended that trained Volvo certified technicians service fuel system components as the high pressures and volatile fuel can severely injure or kill.
It is in the fuel linne. Follow the line from the engine to the tank.
A2009 Ford Escape XLT V6 AWD has a lifetime fuel filter located in the fuel tank. I looked everywhere and the parts stores show an external fuel filter but there is not on. I checked the owners manual it confirmed it is a lifetime fuel filter in the tank.
v-tec b18 b16 is it AWD? no it is not awd its fwd and its non turbo
No, it's not.
Eagle Talon and Mitsubishi Eclipse turbo models run 7lbs of boost as a factory setting.
Under the battery and windshield wiper fluid container.
The flywheel for the FWD tranny should have 6 bolts. The turbo flywheel has 100 teeth and the nonturbo should have 106. The AWD flywheel should have 7 bolts.
Turbo gap size is--0.032 inch
The fuel filter on a 2000 Ford Explorer 5.0 XLT AWD is located on the driver side under the body a foot or so in front of the fuel tank and not on the frame as stated in some other answers.
98hp base and other dohc is 135hp and fwd turbo is 185 and awd turbo is 195hp
partially true... no the gsx is awd while the gst is front wheel drive the gsx is the turbo version of the eclipse while the gst is not hence better perfomance wit awd better launch acceleration etc... except...... the GST is the turbo model as well, i own one, but its true that it is only FWD. the drivetrain swap will work because if u look underneath the vehicle you will see that the rear wheels do come ready to receive the axles for the awd supplement that comes in the GSX your real situation is locating and swapping the necessary parts. hope that helps
Horsepower was measured at 195 hp, Torque was 203 lbs/ft, AWD has a 50/50 power split, ABS was an option on AWD models, stock turbo was a 14b turbo, automatics had the 13g turbo, 60mm throttle body, stock side mount intercooler, 430cc injectors i believe.
They are not the same, the awd drive has a center differential and an output shaft and transfer case to drive the rear wheels. They are not the same, the awd drive has a center differential and an output shaft and transfer case to drive the rear wheels.
225 hp for the es model (non turbo) 300 for the AWD twin turbo
Anything is possible for enough money. Dodge never made a turbo or awd version so this would be very expensive.
