no such thing as 740 awd. awd did not come on until s70 series which was late 1990's or 2000
Volvo did produce some AWD vehicles, which were mainly sold in Europe. Very few examples made it to North America.
Like other 740s, the main fuel filter is located on a service panel underneath the vehicle, on the left side, under the drivers seat. A smaller filter and particulate screen are located in the fuel tank. The in-tank filter is part of the pre-pump assembly and should only be replaced when that pump is serviced.
It is only recommended that trained Volvo certified technicians service fuel system components as the high pressures and volatile fuel can severely injure or kill.
its located at the bottom of the shifter assembly under the consol.
At the bottom of the Air-filter Box, if memory serves me correctly. The air intake to the engine connects to the lid of the Air-filter Box. On non-turbo models this is located at the front, right-hand side of the Engine Bay. However, on Turbo models its on the left.
no. throttle body
clogged fuel filter causing back pressure on the pump making it draw too much amperage.
officially it's 195/60R15.
Where is the fuel filter located on a 1990 chevrolet blazer?
ITS TO THE RIGHT OF THE ENGINE WHEN YOU OPEN THE HOOD, ON TOP BY THE THE FRONT DRIVERS SIDE STRUT MOUNT
ITS TO THE RIGHT OF THE ENGINE WHEN YOU OPEN THE HOOD, ON TOP BY THE THE FRONT DRIVERS SIDE STRUT MOUNT
Probably throttle body clogge or cable
The fuel filter is located near the rear of the vehicle, forward of the fuel tank.
Hey I had the same problem with my Volvo 740 GL and it turned out to be the fuel filter. Have the fuel filter replaced and that should solve the problem, if not than it is probably something more serious like your fuel pump. If it's not the fuel system check the spark plugs. I hope this is helpful.
Fuel pump in the rear of the car.. from underneath... when the car is on a lift. the filter is a canister near the pump.. costs about 15 or 20 bucks online... look in places like thepartsbin.com
