Its located at the front driver side corner of the fuel tank and held in place with a small metal clamp. You need a flashlight to see it most likely. Push the filter up out of the clamp and then thread it through the hole above the frame to give yourself some room to work. Then just slide the two inlet clamps up the hoses and clamp off the hoses just higher with a locking pliers or similar (unless you want to take a fuel bath) and then you can use a screwdriver to push the hoses off the connections. Then simply connect the same hoses to the same connectors on the new filter (you did look right?) and put it back in the clamp (probably the hardest part!). Done.

Replace the spark plugs and the spark plug wires. Replace the air filter. Replace the oil and oil filter. Replace the fuel filter.
If your 2002 Buick Le Sabre Custom has more than 60,000 miles without a transmission oil change under normal conditions the oil and filter should be replaced. Dusty conditions require more frequent oil and filter changes. The transmission pan should be removed, oil drained, and the old filter removed. Clean the oil pan, replace the transmission oil filter with a Delco, Fram, or like quality filter; properly replace the oil pan with proper bolting sequence to avoid leak, and refill with the correct transmission oil.
Replace the air filter every 30,000 miles.
