fuse 37
Fuse location for temperature gauge for a Malibu
it is fuse 37 in the under hood fuse box. Termperature gage out also?
If the gas gauge stops working is there a fuse for it?
there is not one! if pump does not work it is a fuse, relay, or a bad fuel pump.
check wiring to injecters, sounds like a short.
the fuel pump relay is in underhood fuse box on drivers side, it is a micro relay # 18,
Yes , I believe it is fuse # 17 , a 15 amp fuse for the fuel gauge
It is actually a multifunction fuse that controls a variety of things like your day time running lights, your a/c, the fuel gauge, and your day light sensor. The cruise control fuse is the one you're actually looking for. It is a 10A fuse in the right I/P junction block on the passenger side of the dash board.
under the hood in the fuse box. it should be labeled on the back side of the box cover.
In the 2001 version of the Malibu it is fuse 34 in a fuse box under the hood near the windshield. Should be the same for the 2000 model.
Most vehicles have one fuse that protects all the gauges so if the fuel gauge is the only one not working, the fuse is probably okay. Most causes for a inop fuel gauge is a faulty fuel gauge sending unit in the fuel tank.
According to my Chilton repair manual , fuse # 16 is a 15 amp fuse for the fuel gauge on a 1994 Ford Ranger
