Unfortunately, I can only tell you where the relay is located on a 1990 1.5 Plymouth colt hatchback. Perhaps they are the same. As far as I know the relay that controls the fuel pump is in something the manual calls a MPI Control Relay (Multi-Point Injection). This relay seems to handle a couple of different things and I believe it is located almost directly behind the ash tray, below the radio, etc. On my car, if you take out the ash trash you can see a small golden can directly behind it, held in with one screw. That's the relay. that's not the fuel pump relay. that is the fuel injection relay.
76 had a mechanical fuel pump there was no relay.

It is located in the main relay and fuse panel under the hood on the drivers side wheel well.

Are you talking about the Electronic fuel injection relay? It is located near the ECM under the center console.
The 2000 Plymouth Voyager 2.4 liter engine radiator cooling fan relay switch can be found in the fuse box. The relay switch will be in the third column, fourth from the top.

The fuel pump relay is located under the hood. The relay sends power to the fuel pump to keep fuel pressure up.
The Starter relay for Acclaims are located right on the starter, its what the wires that go to the starter hooks to.
