Its located on the fuel filter housing. You will need to locate the inlet fuel line from the tank into the housing. If looking at the housing from the front of the vehicle it's the line on your right (or the left side, driver side) top of fuel filter housing. It's the larger line. You will see 2 torx bit bolts securing an adaptor on the housing. Well that's the fuel pressure regulator. If you remove the line and square cut o'ring then the 2 torx bit bolts the regulator will have a spring behind it and a couple other o'rings. Hope this helps good luck!!
