Follow the fuel rail (by the base of the fuel injectors) and follow it towards the drivers side of the vehicle it will end at a vacuum diaphragm, about a quarter in diameter and 3/4 inch deep. This is the fuel pressure regulator. Now if I can just figure out how to undo that back screw! Hoping that metal cooland pipe doesn't have to come off.
