Your fuel pump is in the fuel tank!
The fuel pump is shorting out and that is why the ecm fuse is blowing .Disconnect the the fuel pump and try it again,if the fuse blow's again then it is not the fuel pump.
There is no "reset" switch for the fuel pump on that 94 Blazer. If the fuse and relay for the pump are good, chances are the fuel pump has failed.
I just had the fuel pump replaced in my 1999 Blazer. Total cost with parts and labor was $700. This was with an original equipment GM fuel pump, which I would recommend (aftermarket fuel pumps are cheaper, but don't last as long...and when your fuel pump goes bad, you'll be stranded because the truck won't start).
The fuel pump for the 1990 full size blazer is located inside of the fuel tank. If this model does not have an access plate in the floor of the blazer then the tank will have to be removed to get to the pump.
The fuel pump on that 98 Blazer would be found inside the fuel tank. The fuel tank would have to be removed to gain access to the pump.
