Under the driver's seat. Actually on '92-93 and I believe '90-91's as well the fuel pump relay is in the (IRCM) Integrated Relay Control Module that is located on the passeger strut tower in the engine compartment. It's a computer looking thing. There are 4 relays in there together and they are not replaceable. You have to get a whole new unit from Ford (about $120) or go to a junk yard and pull one. Some were locatet on the inner wing under the hood, but yours could well be under the drivers seat.

under the driver seat....possibly green or blcak and square.
The 1994 Ford Mustang fuel pump relay switch is located below the fuel injector pump. The relay switch should be labeled as such.
Under the hood, on the driver's side of the firewall. The relay closest to the master cylinder.

If I remember correctly ... it is on the passenger side, interior, just back of the kick panel...to the right of the passengers right foot.
