There are actually 2 relays in the fuel pump circuit. The EFI and the Open circuit relay. The EFI relay in on the right side in the engine compartment. Just behind the battery in the fuse box. It is usually marked on the top.
The Open circuit relay is behind the glove box. You need to remove the glove box and then look in and to the right against the side wall. It is a tight fit and sometimes missed but it is there.
