The fuel pump relay is also known as the "main relay." Not only does it control the fuel pump, but the injection system and starter as well. It's located up underneath the dash on the driver side - near the fuse box. It's not very small. Mine was already unhooked, but it might be far up there, and mounted. Once you get access to it, you can simply disconnect it from the plug.
