There are two main relays. Pop your hood, Look directly to the right of your Break master cylinder and located on your firewall you should see two black relays with separate wire harness attachments. Relays rarely go out so, check your fuses and power to your fuel pump.

There could be a few reasons but here is what to me on my 89 s-10 blazer..1st real simple there is a ground wire from the access hole on the tank to a grounding screw(mine was above the tag lite) that's the simplest easy to find reason check for the fuse the runs the pump,there is also a fuel pump rely under the hood,the pump is bad and its in the tank not as hard as you may think just a pain in the ***.but first ck all the electrical then replace the pump they are only about $40. if you do but a bunch to get it done good hunting.
