I have never heard of a Cavy so I can only assume you did not have time to actually type out Cavalier. If so, there is none as GM vehicles are not equipped with an inertia switch.

On a 1999 Ford Escort , depending on model , the fuel pump shut off switch ( inertia switch ) is in the passenger side of the trunk , behind the trunk liner ( there is an access hole ) or in the drivers footwell , behind the kick panel ( there is an access hole )
According to the owners manual , on the left side of the trunk behind the trunk liner ( I assume there is an access hole )
