I have a Honda 350 S and the oil filter is on the right side above the Dipstick.

350 Engines dont have transmission fluid. The Transmission does. Start the engine, leave the trans in Park, pull the dipstick and look at it. fill to full mark when the engine is fully warned up
How many quarts of oil does Honda 2002 350 take?
Drain the oil, change the filter. Add 1 quart and check the level. Keep adding oil, a little at a time until you reach the full mark. Start the engine and run for 1 minute. Shut down and wait 15 minutes. Check the oil level and add as necessary to reach the full mark on the dipstick. If you kept track of what you out in the engine you now know the capacity.
