If you are referring to a late-model Chevy Venture (or similar Chevy), the relays (there is more than one) that control the fans are located in the under hood fuse box. I have included a link to one such fuse box, which has pictures and diagrams of the fuses and relays inside.

The radiator coolant fan fuse can be found in the fuse box. The radiator fan fuse will be in the second column, fourth from the top.

There are 2 fuses to be checked for radiator fan. Small one right side under steering wheel in the fuse box. In the cap of fuse box it is written where the one for cooling fan is. If that ok go for the fuse box under hood. it is on passenger side and is of 30A.
The 1997 Oldsmobile Cutlass radiator fan switch can be found in the fuse box. The radiator fan switch will be in the third column, second from the bottom.
It is in the under hood fuse box. Check the fuse in there also. The fan motors are prone to failure.
The cooling fan relay on the 2004 Chrysler Sebring is in the engine compartment fuse box. There are actually two cooling fan relays in this fuse box. One is a high speed radiator fan relay and the other is a low speed radiator fan relay.

There is no radiator fan fuse. It is controlled by a relay in the CCRM.
