mine is under the hood near the front drivers side. i think it is called a power distribution box . ever replace tie rods?
From a 1996: There is a fuse block (approximately) above the brake pedal and behind a panel held in place by two black plastic "screws" which need only be turned 90deg. There is able a fuse block in the engine compartment on the driver's side above the tire well. It's a closed container with a locked latch at one end. The fuse layout key is in the lid. Check both of these locations for failed fuses.
