If there is no power on your S83 / VS 1400, try just replacing the main fuse.
Sometimes the 25 Amp fuse looks OK, BUT, in fact it is not.
I have had it that all is dead, struggled my *ss off trying to find a fault.
My brother suggested just replacing main fuse, as he experienced in on a car.
