There are actually two fuse boxes on this van. One is on the passenger side of the dash, and there is another one under the hood.

The fuse to disable the DRL system is located in the passenger side fuse box near the glove box.
you have to take out the fuse box, then take out the bar , then you can take out the battery.
A diagram should be on the inside cover of the fuse box.
Hi, There are two main fuse boxes in the Venture. One is under the hood, mounted just above the battery. The other one is located on the dash, on the passenger side. Yes it is in the under hood fuse box. Most covers have a label with the fuses detailed.

It is in the fuse box under the hood,spot number 14.
i wouldn't know --- there is no 1996 chevy venture, they started making them in 1997. However, almost all the venture fuses are located on the right side dash board, open the front passenger door
