mate the fuse for the horn is behind the glove box its a green 30 amp fuse witch is marked number F5 in the peugeot 106 hand book on page 76. good luck mate
All the fuses are located to the side of the steering wheel. Remove flip down panel and search for the fuse using the fuse diagram located on the back of the flip down panel.

The fuse for the petro gauge can be found in the fuse box. The fuse will be labeled as the instrument panel fuse.

I purchased a new Peugeot 106, Independence in March 2002 and it did not have power steering. I believe that power steering was introduced later in the year, so there are probably a mixture of 106 cars from 2002 with and without power steering.
