All fuses are under the hood next to the battery.
It is in the under hood fuse box, 40 amps. If your fan is inoperative, the problem is probably a failed blower resistor. The resistor is located behind the glove box.
Under the hood, inside the fuse box.
Before you fix the Fan Relay, look for a "RAD FAN" fuse (30 amp - orange). Normally, the computer diagnostic shows the problem is the Fan Relay, but, in my case was the Radiator Fan Fuse ($5). I waste $60 paying for the Fan Relay :-[

In a 2004 Jeep Liberty, the cooling fan fuse is located in the power distribution center (PDC), which is found in the engine compartment. The specific fuse for the cooling fan is typically labeled as "Cooling Fan" or "Fan" in the fuse diagram. To access it, open the PDC cover and check the legend on the underside for the exact fuse location. If the fuse is blown, replace it with a fuse of the same amperage.

Not enough info. WHICH fan? Engine cooling fan? A/C cooling system fan? Circulating fan in passenger compartment?
If you are talking about the radiator cooling fan it could be the fan fuse or the radiator fan relay needs to be replaced... the fan relay is VERY common for these vans. I have a 98 T&C and just had to replace the fan relay. The Rad Fan relay cost $40.00
