Plastic tweezers can be found in the fuse box in the vehicle interior, In the engine compartment In the MINI COOPER to the right of the battery. In the MINI COOPER S to the right of the air filter box. Open the fuse box lid. To do so, press the clip fastener. In the vehicle interior On the left side of the footwell in the side trim panel. Open the cover panel of the fuse box. To do so, press the fastener.

I have a 2004 Mini Cooper S and the 100 amp fuses are located under the fuse box under the hood. You will need to disconnect the battery first, then remove the 2 strews lolding down the fuse box. Then remove the wire bundle that leads to the front end of the fuse box. Flip the whole fuse box over and the 100 amp fuse is located onder the back end of the fuse box under the protective cap.

There are two fuse boxes on mine. One in the engine compartment and another inside just above the drivers left foot on the side panel. It should be located in the interior location. A fuse puller and replacements are in the panel.
