Door lock fuse is the same as the interior light fuse its a 10amp fuse
By door sensors I think you mean the sensor that indicates the door is open, if so the sensor is on the lock itself. Please don't confuse this with the door actuator; it's a separate unit with just 2 wires on the lock assembly.
yes if you have a remote locking system you can lock the car with the boot open then if you leave the keys in the boot and shut it the boot locks. I've done it
I,ve trapped a bag handle in the lock of my Ka boot and it will not open with key or release button
The power lock fuse for your Town and Country Van can be found in the fuse box. The power lock fuse will be in the second column, fourth from the top.
It usually does this due to the lock being broken
Lock it in the boot.
The power lock fuse for a Ford F150 is number 19. This fuse is located in the central junction fuse box.
I had the same problem. Now I can only open and lock the car using the boot lock! There are two locking systems on the passat. The boot and obviously by locking the door(driver's).I would say that the boot locking system is acting up or stopped working altogether.Do the rest of the doors open when you turn the key in the boot? That would suggest it's the boot locking system.I know it's a common problem with that year and year's before.I know four people who have had it.Usually requires changing the lock on the boot.
The power door lock fuse can be found in the fuse box. The fuse box is in the engine compartment behind the battery box. The location of the power door lock fuse will be listed on the inside cover of the fuse box.
Check the fuse, if power lock fuse is burnt, replace it.
