I feel like I've answered this question at least 3 times. Look at the back of the storage compartment near the drivers left knee, there is a removable panel there, fuses are behind it. ACC fuse is 15 amps.
Yes, all cigarette lighters are protected by a fuse. It may be using the radio fuse.
yes
hi i have smal question, how to change thermostat in Toyota echo 2000 thanks
http://pdftown.com/2000-2002-Toyota-Echo-Service-Manual.html
There is a fusebox inside the car on the driver's side under the dash (near where the driver's left knee would be if driving the car). Look for the 15amp fuse in this box. In the fuse box under the dash it is on the first row on the left it will be the second fuse down. this controls the clock, radio, outside rear view mirror system, cigarette lighter. 15 amp
Just pull all the fuses out and check them. Replace the bad one. that's not really going to help.... remove the cigarette lighter by pulling the trim off the radio there is a fusable link on the cigarette lighter socket itself. you can replace the socket or try to replace the fuseable link its a peice of 14 gauge aluminum wire....
Yes.

Maybe someone wanted to stop someone else from using it?
Pretty sure its the same as the 2000 Toyota echo, see related link.
If the A/C is not working on a 2000 Toyota Echo, the pump may need to be recharged. It is also possible that the belt for this is broken or the thermostat is sticking.
Mine is a Toyota echo 2000 sedan. It does about 12 to 15 KMPL per 1 petrol litre.
