I have a 2006 Ford 500 and am having problems with my cruise control. I can set it but it only holds for maybe 5 minutes then shuts off and may or maynot reset. I have replaced my front rotors with aftermarket rotors does this have an effect? Can you help me resolve this issue. Thank you

The 2000 Polaris 500 Sportsmen ignition fuse is in the fuse box. The fuse box is beneath the drivers seat. The location of the fuse will be listed on the inside fuse box cover.
Should be located behind the driver's door panel on control box
Only Ford wold know for sure but the name 500 was used by Ford in the 50s & 60s on the Fairlane 500 and Galaxy 500. I guess Ford just decided to use it on the car that replaced the Taurus.
The fuse block resides behind the dash, under the instrument cluster, and just to the left of the steering column. It's quite difficult to get to, but contains four fuses for a variety of things.
