I was told that there is no fuses for what Chrysler calls the instrument cluster lights. These are the lights for your speed, temp, etc and also includes such backlights for heating controls. I have looked my fuse box under the hood and there is no fuse. I called the dealership and they told me the same thing...no fuse. I had the same issue on my 2005 Town and Country and it ended being the Body Computer needed replaced. I found one at my local junk yard and replaced it myself. A dealer will charge you hundreds of dollars for something you can do yourself. The BC is located just below your steering wheel along the floor and it's a thin box with two big plugs coming out of it. ALSO...sometimes these computer boxes get moisture or water damage and can be sprayed out with a contact or electrical cleaner spray, like tuner spray. This will dry out and damp or wet contacts on the plugs and could resolve your issue. Try that first and then put out the $$ for a BC. I spent $95 for my BC at a junk yard here in PA. Good luck.
