The fuse that feeds the Rear Wiper Switch is located in the fuse panel that is on the passenger side of the dash. You have to open the passenger side door to see this panel, and it is under a plastic cover that just snaps out.
I have included a link that shows a picture of these fuses and a chart of each of the functions. I believe you will have to check the fuse by either looking at it, but what I would do is check for power on both sides of the fuse when the ignition key is turned on.
