Try replacing the radiator fuse relay
It's in the under hood fuse box. Look on the right side of the engine just above and behind the air intake and air filter assembly. You should see a black plastic box with four clips. That's the fuse box. The radiator fan relay is RL3 on this diagram: http://www.skidmore.edu/~pdwyer/e/uhfrb.htm

The radiator coolant fan fuse can be found in the fuse box. The radiator fan fuse will be in the second column, fourth from the top.

More then likely there is two fuse boxes one under the drivers wheel to the left! and under the hood! Its shown in your owners manual on which fuse it is!
Neither, as a thermostat would the most usefuly bit of machine to detect a rinse in radiator temperature and send electricity to the cooling fan
It is either located underneath the dash,ubove the pedals,or in the main fusebox in the engine bay
