The fusable link should be located at the starter connection on the solenoid.
Where the main positive cable hooks to the starter solenoid there should also be a smaller wire connected on the same terminal.
The smaller wire will be the fusable link.
Make sure to disconnect the battery before attempting to remove the nut from the solenoid terminal.

It is called the Diagnostics Link fuse. Not sure which fuse this is. Check all fuses and replace any blown fuses.
Yes ,there are 3 of them coming right off the battery.
I think you will find that it is a fuseable link, located in the engine compartment fuse box
Generally the main fusible link comes off the positive side of the battery. They are usually marked (unless someone has replaced it with a generic fuse link )with a small tab "fuse link".
A blown fuse.
Switch no, but there is a fuse you can remove, it's located nearby the two relay's behind the plastic red box that contains your 1st fusible link, or the 12v+ wire. only one fuse there, pull it and the pump will not operate. jr
I believe it is on the drivers side behind the fuse box. I am dealing with this myself. It has 3 prongs and there is a relay switch beside it. My fusible link gets hot.
