Under the dash and to the left of the steering column.
The 1991 Chevrolet Caprice Classic radio fuse will be the number 14 fuse. The number 14 fuse will be in the second column, fourth from the top.
It is under the dash on the driver's side between the steering wheel and the kick panel.
There is no fuse. Headlights work on a circuit breaker.
I have a 1995 Caprice Classic and it has two fuse locations. The one with the most important fuses is located on the left side of the dashboard underneath the dashboard panel that you can gently pull off. The second box is underneath the hood all the way up in the lefthand corner of the hood compartment.

The 1990 Chevy Caprice number 13 fuse is associated with the heater blower motors. The number 13 fuse will be in the second column, third from the top.
Under sterring colum right on fire wall. some are hard to remove use niddle nose pliers.
there is no fuse on an 85 caprice for the fuel pump because it is a machanical pump driven off the motor ITS CARBORATED RIGHT if fuel injected don't no that's what i know based on my 86 caprice classic 305
The fuel pump fuse is located in the fuse box inside of the car, or under the hood in a fuse box beside of the battery. The 91 Caprice had a change mid year, so the fuse could be in either one of these places.
