Where is the fuse located for console cigarette lighter in a 2006 Chevy Silverado?

My 2003 Silverado Duramax has the fuse located located under the hood on the drivers side. The top of this fuse and wiring box can be removed by grasping the top on the inboard side and gently but firmly pulling up. Location of fuse will be noted on the underside of the cover.
