There is no trunk fuse, check the light bulb and switch in the trunk
The fuel door is not on a stand alone fuse The fuel door switch is deactivated if the button in the glove box was depressed for valet service (which also locks out the access to the trunk via the dash button). That's an easy (and free) fix.

The blower fuse for a 1995 Deville is located in the fuse panel in the right rear of the vehicle. It is actually inside the trunk. The relay switch for the blower is located behind the glove compartment in the passenger area of the vehicle.
Relays are usually located under the hood or in the trunk or in the cab. If the fuse box is under the hood you might have to remove a protective covering that is on top of the engine the fuse box can be located near the fenders or firewall if the fuse box is located in the trunk you will have have either pull back a section of carpeting or remove some of the trunk lining if it is located in the cab it could be located under the seats under the dash or there might be a panel to access on the side of the dash as soon as you open either the passenger door or driver door.
It is not located in the trunk it is located under the hood.
the fuse panel should be located on the drivers side (with the door open), on the side of the dashboard. Right next to the light switch.
the fusebox for radio fuse is located in the trunk on the drivers side behind trunk liner
