First I'll assume you're asking for a Ram pickup, next I'll assume the '94 thru '01's are the same. with that said, the fuse panel for secondary circuits is on the driver's side of the dashboard. Open your driver's door, look at the side of the dashboard, (it's normally hidden by the driver's door) and you will see the cover for the fuses. Pop that cover off and the fuses are inside. The cover has a label on it identifying which fuse positions go to which circuit, and the amp fuse to use.
