In the middle of the dashboard, there should be a panel you can pull out which opens two cup holders, where the dash protrudes out. Looking in there, you'll see two screws. Take a slotted screwdriver, and unscrew those. Then, you simply lift that section of panel up, and you'll expose the fuse and relay panel.
Should be in the same place as the 2007 I used to drive... in the centre of the dash. Pull out the cupholders, undo the two screws which are exposed when you do that, and pull that panel up. It'll expose the fuse panel.
That will be a series of relays, not a fuse.
Under the dash above the radio remove the plastic panel this is a common place for the CB check under there.
In the VNL/NH series, it's in the centre of the dash. You pull out the cupholders, and there'll be two screws exposed which you have to remove. Once that's done, you simply pull the panel up, and the fuse panel is exposed.
