your main fuse box holder is located in the engine compartment on the right side in front of your battery.( large black plastic box) remove the top cover. there you will see many different color small fuses and about 10 large grey fuses. the fog light fuse location is at the bottom left of the fuse holder. it's grey with these numbers on it..8567 and 12088567. the label name of the fuse is OMRON. the fuse is a grey 4 prong. 1 side controls the left and the other side controls the right but it's only 1 fuse you need to replace. sometimes 1 side of the fuse burns out internally. they are cheap and inexpensive. ALSO VERY IMPORTANT.... MAKE SURE YOU GET THE ORIGINAL OEM FACTORY FUSE DO NOT UPGRADE TO A LARGER. good luck I hope the information helps.

Check the fog light switch and the wiring. Also check the ground wires. There is a power loss somewhere in the system.
