on the passenger side kick panel. just to the left side under the glove box, there is a black plastic cover with two upholstry clips. pop both clips out and remover cover to find a white/clear box with a single bolt in the middle. (disconnect battery pos and neg)** loosen bolt and pull the white box out. this is the CPU harness. then proceed to clip the pink/blue stripe wire on the right half of harness, reassemble and reconnect battery terminals. ur done; no more gov :D
