NO. The reason is that it's the dex being full that's CAUSING the error. Here's why: When you have your game Synching, the first step it does is check your Pokedex. If it has any errors (yes, with codes there can be) or if it has specific Pokemon/Forms registered, then you will be blocked with that error code. The Pokemon in question are (currently): Shiny Victini/Reshiram/Zekromm and any Keldeo/Meloetta/Genosect. If ANY of them are in your Dex, you're blocked. If you've used a code that puts them in, you can use a code that either doesn't include them or that empties your Pokedex and then catch something (so it isn't empty) and then you can connect to the Game Synch.
