Look in the fuse block at the left of the steering column
The flasher is located under the dash to the right of steering wheel. It is in a wiring harness located under the air conditioning vent. You have to remove a cover to get to the flasher. Need small hands!
You have a faulty headlight switch. It's too much of a load on the headlight switch to run all the lights at the same time. You should run a separate light switch for the running lights.
On a 2005 Ford F-350 : The multifunction switch is inside the steering column cover ( the turn signal lever and hazard flasher button sticks out of the cover )
1994 Ford F-350 Flasher Relay is located front seating area, driver side, driver side of steering column, under dash, mounted in upper left corner of fuse panel.
there is one in the carbuerator where the fuel line goes into it. mine is an ambulance so there is also one located on the frame rail left side.
Almost too much for a 2 axle car hauler. (AND the ford f1504x4 !) best guess?4-1/2 tons depending on equip.) these were very complete

there will be a blue relay under the dash just above the tranny hump in the floor. can reach it from the drivers side laying on the floor.

Flashers Replacement The turn signal flasher assembly is located under the driver's side of the instrument panel, on the front of the fuse panel for the 1997-98 F-250HD, F-350 and F-Super Duty models and under the center section of the instrument panel in the relay/flasher block on all other models.
