If you have a look in the bottom of the passenger side foot-well just below the pollen filter you will see a electrical plug unplug it there is one 5.5 millimeter bolt head remove this there are two plastic clips one on there side press and pull one of them is a bit hard to get to and out it comes hope this helps anyone wanting to replace it. its a 5 minute job

really easy!, see the heater blower fan selector switch? notice the 'rear window' heater yellow icon on this switch? well pull on this nob and it should pop up by half a centimeter. There you go, you've switched it on! to swith off, push it in again! done!
