The heater core is inside of the car. It is under the dash on the passenger side, and it is in a box that has to be unbolted from the das to remove the core.
If its like the later models it is a dash removal job I'm afraid.
The dash has to be remove and the evaporator/ heater case has to be removed and separated. This job is best left to a repair shop.

Answersounds like a blend door acctuator badIf the system was flushed you could have an air pocket in the sytem.Check the return hose from the heater core it should be hot if not you have air in the system.
