It is under the dash on the passenger side.
The blower motor is failing and will need replaced.
The cooling fan relay on the 2004 Chrysler Sebring is in the engine compartment fuse box. There are actually two cooling fan relays in this fuse box. One is a high speed radiator fan relay and the other is a low speed radiator fan relay.
The most common cause is a failed blower motor resistor.
Trouble code P1490 means: Low speed fan control relay circuit
The fan is bolted to the radiator, under the hood.

Heater core is shot, its monted on the firewall behind center console/instrument cluster. When turning on heater fan, will dischrge coolant out of the vent. Replace heater core to resolve the leak
