According to Triple S Customs' Suzuki Esteem Vehicle Wiring data sheet (2004), the horn trigger (-) for the '95 model is a blue/black wire color found in the harness of the steering column. Check the fuse panel under the dashboard which usually has a diagram of the fuses.
