It should be in the engine fuse box by the battery on the passenger side of the car (UK model). It is the 4th small fuse down, blue colour and marked 15 (Amperes).
It is important to have a horn working for safety reasons. If the fuse or relay is working then it would be best to check the clock spring behind the vehicles steering wheel.
Just push the steering wheel!

Remove front grill for access. This is clipped in ,so with gentle persuasion you should have no problem. Horn is up approx centre behind grill.
