The horn is right under the left headlight assy two 10mm bolts..The fuse is in the underhood fuse block right beside the battery It is labeled on the cover of the fuse block....You probably need a horn if it's inop +++ If the horn still works for your alarm, (when you lock or panic) the fault is most likely the slip ring/spring in your steering wheel. That provides the negative side of he circuit to make the relay honk the horn. If every now and then the horn works, until you turn a few times, this is most likely the problem. Could also be the horn relay (under the hood, clearly marked in a fuse panel there.)
The horn itself is faulty....remove it You will see rust around the base of the horn There is a green area with rivets in it these will be rustes causing the horn to be inop....That or the orange wire to the horn is poinched and broken about 4-6 inches from the horn connector
LOOK AT YOUR MANUAL AND YOU WILL SEE THERE IS NO FUSE. LET ME GUESS BOTH FRONT WINDOWS INOP?
Your turn signals and hazards use separate flashers. Your hazard flasher might have bitten the dust. FriPilot sounds like the horn/horns arent working. also sounds like the hazard switch is inop
Is the body of the wiper motor grounded? The motors are usually mounted on rubber and needs a grounding strap to the body of the unit.
front window washer has 7,5 Cct Bkr in fuse panelRear washer uses acc feed fuse in fuse panel
If the horn or cruise control is INOP. Replace the clock spring (under the steering wheel).
Have you checked the fuses? There could be a couple of fuse boxes in different locations. Look on the lid for the specific location & amperage.
My 97 Mark did the same thing. It turned out to be a blown fuse. Cant remember which one but I do remember it was a 10 amp fuse.
If the tail lights on a Ford Expedition are inoperative, it is likely there is an electrical issue. If all the tail lights are not working, it is likely a blown fuse.
Most vehicles have one fuse that protects all the gauges so if the fuel gauge is the only one not working, the fuse is probably okay. Most causes for a inop fuel gauge is a faulty fuel gauge sending unit in the fuel tank.
where are the abs inop
