behind the front bumper fascia, its accessible by reaching your hand up in between the radiator and the transmission Easier method: Remove headlight assy, Two long bolts 5/16 socket needed, remove small screw from grill, remove headlight from car, now you can see the top of the horn, leave bracket in place, remove 1/2" nut, lift horn up and out, remove wiring harness, reverse to reinstall
