The PCM for the 89 Bronco is located on the firewall on the driver side. You can access it from inside the cab, behind the parking brake pedal.
Location depends if the car has factory alarm (OEM) or not. If the car came with no alarm, you'll have a high and low horn. The horns are behind the front bumper with high horn on the passenger side and low horn on the driver side. They are located behind where the fog lights would be (just below the turn signals). Remove the cover and you'll see it. If you have a factory alarm, you'll have a high horn and a underhood horn. High horn is in the same location as a non-alarmed car. Underhood horn is in the engine bay next to the fuse box on the driver side.
