Actually there is no Howling Stone for this skill. When you defeat the Palace Of Twilight, and you go to Hyrule Castle to Defeat Ganondorf, the white wolf should be standing in front of the door you need to push open to enter the Hyrule Castle Courtyard. Hope i helped and good luck!
No, only the first skill is required, and it does not need a howling stone, however they are very helpfull
I think there are seven. The last one is the Great Spin, basically making your spin stronger when you have full health.
The howling stones are scattered in the land of Hyrule and there's usually one right before a temple or an important part in the plot. You can always find a map in online walkthroughs or you can buy a walkthrough if you have the Game boy version.

No you can not.
In the Legend of Zelda series, the Twilight Princess refers to Midna, a character who aids Link in solving puzzles and defeating enemies while shrouded in Twilight. She ultimately helps Link save Hyrule from the Twilight Realm's corruption in the game "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess."
You can only use the Wii Remote and Nunchuk for The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess on the Nintendo Wii.
If you are referring the watering hole from Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, the watering hole is located just south of the Zora's domain, not far from the fishing hole as well as the howling stone.
