The IAC VALVE is located on the left hand side the passenger side that is. You should see a brown and purple hook ups and will see four bolts.

The idle control valve is located on the throttle body on the intake manifold. To remove it you need to disconnect the wires and unbolt the valve from the throttle body. Then place the new one on and attach the wires and bolts.
