Hello,
I am having the same problem. It is located on the throttle body. I was in a parts store today asking about this part, and a man behind me said to take some throttle body cleaner and clean the valve all around, and spray inside where it goes on and that should save buying a new one. It is held on by two bolts. Jeff63b@Yahoo.com
