You all were probably right from the beginning as well as myself. What had happened was that for my car, the factory had installed the valve for a 2003 Stratus RT. We had ordered the correct part for my car according to what it was supposed to be, but it looked nothing like what was in the car. We had to trace down a few things at Advance Auto Parts and found the problem. Thank you guys for all your help.
