The 1991 Acura Integra idle air control valve can be found on the firewall. The valve will be on the drivers side of the firewall.

There is an "Idle Air Control Valve" on the passenger side of the intake, a "throttle switch" on the drivers side of the throttle body, and "idle solenoid, idle control" on the drivers side of the intake
The idle control valve is on the left side of the intake manifold right next to the throttle body. A short hose connects from the valve to the intake air tube in front of the throttle body.
